(3/13/03, 7 a.m. ET) -- 3LW members Kiely Williams, Adrienne Bailon, and newcomer Jessica Benson are scheduled to appear on the Wendy Williams Show on WBLS in New York on Thursday (March 13).

The trio will be visiting the popular gossip radio host to respond to "the many false accusations against 3LW, their management, and their production company" made on the program, according to a statement released by a spokesperson for the group.

Tse Williams, who owns the production company, and is Kiely's sister, said that the radio disc jockey sparked a campaign to ruin Kiely and Adrienne's careers by supporting the views of former member Naturi Naughton, who Tse described as a "disgruntled and love struck teen."

Kiely and Adrienne said they want to set the record straight. "Those who were close to the camp always knew the real deal," Kiely and Adrienne said. "Although we're now focused on moving forward with our new member J (Jessica Benson), we feel it's necessary to close the book on the false stories that were circulated about us and move on with a fresh start."

The shock jock recently made news after conducting a controversial interview with Whitney Houston, in which Wendy asked Houston about rumors about drug use, breast implants, and whether her husband Bobby Brown is abusive.

In related news, 3LW will perform the national anthem live at the championship game of the Big East Conference on Saturday (March 15th), which starts at 8 p.m. ET and will air live on cable's ESPN.

3LW recently released the song "I Want That," featuring Lil' Kim, as the third release from their sophomore album, A Girl Can Mack, that was issued in October.
