The pair of music stars have recorded a song for Fiddy's new record, Curtis, which currently has the provisional title of "Ayo Technology."
However, the track is expected to be retitled "She Wants It" and is expected to be accompanied by a lewd video, due to be shot in London this weekend.
Jospeh Kahn will direct the film, which will also feature Timbaland, who is involved in the production on Curtis.
"The track is an analogy for watching porn. The word 'technology' was put in as a way to replace what they really wanted to say--'pornography,'" a source told London's The Sun.
"It's all about being fed up with having to make do watching dirty movies and how desperate they are for stunning girls to be in front of them doing what they do in the movies."
The video will see 50, Timberlake, and Timbaland dressed up as spies, complete with hi-tech goggles which allow them to see through models' clothes.
Curtis is due for release on September 4.
