Ronson confirms that he and Winehouse have plans to record a cover of Lesley Gore's "You Don't Own Me" for a Quincy Jones tribute album.
"I haven't seen her in a while, but we'll get in the studio and we'll do the song, and hopefully we'll do a good job," Ronson said at last night's opening of Shin, a Korean BBQ restaurant in Hollywood.
Proceeds from ticket sales are going to memorial funds for those lost in the deadly plane crash that left DJ AM and Travis Barker as the only survivors.
"I know it's something very near and dear to AM, and he's a really great friend of mine," Ronson said. "So he didn't have to say anything except 'I want you to come deejay' and I'm there in a heartbeat."
Also at the eatery opening were Kirsten Dunst, Will.i.am, Chris and Danny Masterson, Laura Prepon, Wilmer Valderrama, Mos Def and cozy friends Gerard Butler and Shanna Moakler.
