"Yeah, we have a great line-up this year," says Dorough. "I've actually reached out to a bunch of friends out there--such artists as Dream, Shiloah, Alfonzo Blackwell, Tito Nieves, Debelah Morgan, and of course my lovely sister Pollyanna as well as myself."
In addition to all of those acts, Tito Puente Jr. will also be performing.
All proceeds from the concert will benefit the Dorough Lupus Foundation. The Foundation was formed after Dorough's sister Caroline Dorough-Cochran died from Lupus in 1998. The singer has been working tirelessly ever since to help raise funds to find a cure for the chronic autoimmune disease.
