The Rounder Records release is the first to utilize OneDisc technology, which allows for one side of the disc to feature audio and DVD content on the other.
The audio side of the disc boasts three live tracks recorded June 13 at New York's Bowery Ballroom. Along with her own "National Steel" and "Hockey Skates," both from her Zoe/Rounder debut "Failer," also featured is a cover of AC/DC's "Money Talks."
The video side boasts videos for the "Failer" cuts "Six O'Clock News" and "One More Song the Radio Won't Like."
In a statement, Rounder claims that a OneDisc is impossible to duplicate illegally due to its dual density manufacturing. The label plans to utilize the technology with forthcoming releases from other artists on its roster.
Edwards has spent much of 2003 on the road in support of the critically acclaimed "Failer." Her only remaining date comes Wednesday at WCLZ Portland, Maine's Acoustic Christmas concert. Beth Orton and Crash Test Dummies are also on the bill.
Released in January, "Failer" debuted at No. 20 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart. Edwards has plans to begin recording her sophomore album in the spring.
