Otilia Villar Baker, wife of Chris Baker, filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior court, alleging negligence and wrongful death. The lawsuit was also filed on behalf of the Bakers' young son, Sebastian.
The suit claims the companies contributed to the Sept. 19 crash that also killed the two pilots and Barker's bodyguard. Barker and musical collaborator Adam Goldstein, known as DJ AM, were severely injured.
Barker sued the same companies, which include Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Bombardier Inc., Global Exec Aviation and Inter Travel & Services, last month.
His lawsuit faulted the pilots, but did not name their estates as defendants.
Otilia Baker's suit seeks damages from the estates of the two pilots. Their families could not be reached for comment Tuesday night.
In response to Barker's suit, a representative of Clay Lacy said the company merely brokered the fatal flight, while a Goodyear spokesman said the suit was premature because an NTSB investigation hasn't been completed. Bombardier said it did not respond to pending lawsuits, and representatives of the other companies could not be reached for comment.
