If you look at his "my space page" you will see that some comments were released from "his people". It sounds like it is not being made out to be funny at this time! During rehersal earlier in the day all went great, he did not even know that "thing" was up there (or that it moved) let alone the possibility of that "thing"comming down on top of him! (and weighed in at a few tons) I think, he stayed a little longer on the stage thanking people, because that is the way he is...reallly nice to his fans and grateful (unlike some other stars). Why couldn't someone have stop that thing from going down any further on him? And backstage it would appear he was not laughing but in pain and confused!

He needs to give it up!!! He was not all that way back then and he is worse now!!!! Too OLD time to give it up!!!!

The only way that could have been better is if it happend on the "Rock of Love Tour". To hear 20 tramps go "OMG" back stage and hyperventilate.

"Give it up?" Did you see how old some of the other performers that were there are? (He isn't as old as they are and they still have not given up..) In the late 80's/90's you either liked Poison or you did not there was not much in between and they were well known and topped the charts! "Rock Of Love" was one of the highest watched/rated VH1 shows to date! Someone asked earlier if he had ever been in a serious relationship and I believe he was with the mother of his two children for at least 7yrs and was getting back into the dating scene. At least he gave "normal" people a chance with him,(the ones picked for the show were a bit skanky tho) but no matter who someone falls in love with, there is always going to be someone who hates them.. at least he wasn't as arrogant as the majority "Hollywood/Rock stay with your peers scene" I do not think anyone deserves to get hurt and if that's how you feel I would hate to see how many people out there are wishing that on you?

Several days ago I watched this and left my comments. I still laugh when I watch it. People this IS funny. C'mon if people getting hurt wasn't funny America's Funniest Home Videos wouldn't have been on the air as long as it was. I once fell in a dark dance club injuring my knee on the stairs and even though I was hurting pretty badly it didn't stop a group of people from laughing at me. You know what? They were right. In hindsight, it was pretty funny.
