Sure, Michael Jackson has sold somewhere between 47 million and 105 million copies of Thriller, and sure, he earns somewhere between $18 million and $20 million a year, but as of 2002 he was spending north of $30 million a year, and it doesn't take a math major to see what that adds up to--Michael Jackson needs more money!
 
But Michael's misfortune is your chance to own a piece of history: Julien's Auctions announced that next April they'll be auctioning off furniture from Neverland ranch and an assortment of memorabilia including the sparkle glove Mike wore in the "Billie Jean" video. If this is your idea of a good investment--and it can't be worse than the stock market these days, can it?--head to Los Angeles next April 21 ­-25.

And even if you can't make it, you can still buy the six-volume catalog of goods up for auction. Heck, if you're willing to pay $500, Michael will even sign it for you. Does he work hard for the money, or what?
