Paris Hilton's Hollywood Hills neighbors can't stand her--because she makes too much noise.
Hilton's neighbors called police last night after the heiress's partying got way out of hand. The LAPD made their way to her home at 5am, but by then the party was over.
It was the third time police had been called to her house. In May 2009, they were called out to confront the celeb over her wild and raucous ways--not once, but twice!
