this is what happened between me and my ex. i finally cried in front of him when we broke up. i was letting him go bc i didn't want him to hurt me. i gave up the best thing in my life. him. and now ill never get him back. i should have cried infront him sooner.

Love the song ... it is so true especially in my life. When I have been with someone for over twenty years and this person continually puts his wants ahead of his spouses, one becomes cold hearted and moves on.

good song - great sentiment - this man can not make a bad song can he? the voice is still real - even though i bet the business wants to send him in different direction - he should resist it - he is country - he is classic country if he stays where he is at - he needs to follow this up with a great love song though
