Leo revives some Thatcher-era, gob-in-your-eye rabble-rousing from Brit guttersnipes Cock Sparrer. His skinny-tie power pop bounces more like the Jags singing "I got your number written on the back of my hand" in 1979, but the sentiments about refusing the party line sadly still ring true.
