The Song Battle Playlist: 20 Vs. Songs
Who doesn't like a good fight in our ultra-competitive culture?
To compile this playlist I looked for songs that pitted two foes against one another by searching for tracks that have the abbreviation "Vs." in the song title.
Some of these songs are metaphorical, others highlight friendly competition, and a few are stories of epic battles where the very future of mankind hangs in the balance.
"Vs." songs can add suspense to the music as the listener waits to discover who will win, and they can be a great foundation for a songwriter trying to make a point.
I have compiled 20 vs. songs into this playlist from a diverse range of styles, and although there are many more than what is represented here, this grouping includes some of my personal favorites.

But anyway Robert, there is this song called the Ultimate Showdown. It pits Godzilla Vs. Batman, has Shaq, Carter, a Carebare, and Mr. Rogers in a bloodstained sweater.
Like the song name implies, its the ultimate showdown! And its missing from the list!
