Brooks & Dunn's 'Ideal' New Neon Circus Lineup

(3/5/02, 10 a.m. ET) -- Brooks & Dunn introduced the lineup for the 2002 Neon Circus & Wild West Show Friday night (March 1) with a party in Ronnie Dunn's Brentwood, Tennessee backyard. This year's "circus" includes Dwight Yoakam, Gary Allan, Chris Cagle and Trick Pony, who all performed a mini set of songs at the party to give the hundreds of radio programmers in the crowd a taste of what to expect at this year's show.
Choosing the acts for this year's tour was not such a difficult task, as Dunn explained to LAUNCH. "Ideally we just looked for what we personally think is the right chemistry and the right combination of music and stuff to fit a certain vibe," he said. "Just, if we could pick all, with no limitations whatsoever, any act we could and these are the guys we picked."
Brooks & Dunn's Neon Circus & Wild West Show, which is again hosted by country comedian Cledus T. Judd, kicks off in Minneapolis on April 12.
