A Rachael Ray fundraiser attended by Bill Clinton, Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, Joy Behar and Katie Lee among others turned into a private concert when Simon took the stage to sing a four-song set including "You're So Vain."
The event was catered by five teenage aspiring chefs with a little help from Food Network Iron Chef Michael Symon selected from around the country by Ray. In addition to the chance to hang in the kitchen with Clinton and Food Network notables, the teens also each got $10,000 scholarships.
Held at a one-night-only, 75-seat restaurant called Cafe Una Notte (Cafe One Night), the event raised more than $200,000 for Ray's charity. It also kicked off the launch of Ray's new cookbook, "Yum-o! The Family Cookbook," all of the proceeds from which including her $500,000 advance will benefit the group.
The event was taped Monday and highlights will be broadcast May 7 on Ray's daytime show, "Rachael Ray."
