The new mama, along with new bundle of joy Max Liron Bratman, has returned to her Beverly Hills abode after four days at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the singer's rep exclusively confirmed to E! News.

A source close to the singer told E! News the petite 27-year-old was—and still is—"really sore" as a result of her scheduled C-section last Saturday.

"It was more painful than she thought," the source said, adding that the Grammy winner's pipes remained unharmed, and she was "already singing to Max."

Aguilera and music-exec husband Jordan Bratman welcomed their son into the world at 10:05 p.m. Saturday. The healthy babe tipped the scales at six pounds, two ounces and measured in at 20.5 inches.

The singer promptly adorned her Website with blue balloons heralding the arrival.

"Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world," Aguilera wrote in a message to fans.

But while the five-time Grammy winner was quick to share the news of the birth, she isn't as keen on sharing the tot's visage.

While reports have been circulating that the onetime Mouseketeer would give the exclusive newborn photo spread to OK! magazine, sources have told E! News that the offer, which included a more than $1 million payout to Aguilera and Bratman for rights to baby's first cover shot, has not been accepted—meaning for now, the privilege of cooing over baby Max is the exclusive reserve of the couple's family, not the tabloid-buying public.

Fans will soon be able to coo all they want over images of Max's prenatal mama, though.

Christina Aguilera: Back to Basics Tour: Live and Down Under is set to make its U.S. television premiere on VH1 Jan. 26. The concert special, which will be simulcast on Logo and MHD: Music High Definition, will feature highlights from two of the singer's Sydney shows, which took place last July during the Australian leg of her Back to Basics world tour.

Aguilera eventually cut short the tour in Australia last summer, shortly after word of her pregnancy broke. The singer blamed an upper-respiratory-tract infection, not a bad case of morning sickness, for the cancellation.
