Eckenrod is accused of stealing a credit card from a young woman who invited him back to her place believing he was the Creed guitarist. He was spotted by the woman in a restaurant on Sunday (April 27), and she notified the police.
Law enforcement officials said that Eckenrod had been arrested over 60 times. Police told Billboard that Eckenrod proudly claimed to be an alcoholic, and also said "This is getting old, but you have to admit I do look like the guy from Creed."
