Move Over Grammys: It's The Muzik Magazine Saints And Sinners Awards!

Yahoo! Music, Aug 5, 1997 3:00 am PDT
(8/5/97) - Last week's Muzik Magazine Saints And Sinners Awards ceremony was surely much more enjoyable than those stale old Grammy telecasts. No Celine Dion nominations this electronic evening! Some of the electronica's leading artists were honored at the ceremony last Thursday in Bristol, England. The big winners were Prodigy (Best Live Act), Daft Punk (Best Album, Homewerk), the Chemical Brothers (Best Band) and Underworld (Best Single, "Born Slippy"). And Jethro Tull walked away with the prize for Best Heavy Metal Band. Just kidding.
