(2/13/01, 5 p.m. ET) -- David Gray has postponed his upcoming series of European performances due to family illness. However, his North American tour slated to begin in April remains as scheduled.

Gray was to kick off several overseas dates in Madrid, Spain on February 28; with dates elsewhere in Spain, Germany, and France to follow. The shows will be rescheduled for later this year.

Gray starts his stateside tour in support of his latest album, White Ladder, on April 12 in Minneapolis.
