A wobbly Pattinson was seen having fun at the Night Before benefit for the Motion Picture & Television Fund at the Beverly Hills Hotel. "Everyone was wishing him good luck at the Oscars," a fellow benefit-goer says.
Just a few hours before, at the hotel's Polo Lounge, High School Musical sweethearts and Oscar performers Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens enjoyed some lunch at the same time as Leonardo DiCaprio, Tyra Banks and Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman.
And at this very moment, I'm giving you tons more celeb dish from Elton John's 17th annual viewing party and benefit for the singer's AIDS Foundation. Right now, I'm Twittering from the carpet and I'll continue doing so in just a bit from inside.
