"Meet Glen Campbell" (Capitol), featuring versions of tunes by the likes of rock bands Green Day and the Foo Fighters, opened at No. 27 on the Top Country Albums chart in the week ended August 24. It's his highest-charting album of new studio material since "Basic" checked in at No. 17 in 1976.
On The Billboard 200, "Meet Glen Campbell" debuted at No. 155. It is his first album to register on this chart since "All the Best" peaked at No. 89 in February 2003.
