Hilary Duff Goes To Harvard
Yahoo! Music, Feb 7, 2005 3:00 pm PSTHilary Duff is now a college freshman at Harvard University... and she can attend classes in her pajamas. That's because Duff is attending school from the comfort of her Los Angeles home by taking all her classes online. In a message on her Website, Duff writes, "I'm really excited about going back to school, and the online classes are really cool. The teachers film their lectures then link it to the web and I can watch them teach and take notes from my computer."
Duff just got home from touring Canada and the Northeastern United States. She says that she's taking a break from touring, but not for long. She has two concerts scheduled in Texas at the beginning of March.
Even with her schoolwork, Duff says she made time recently to film a public service announcement for the Best Friends Animal Society spay and neuter campaign called "De-sex and the City."
Hilary Duff's self-titled debut album has sold over one million records and is currently at Number 87 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
