One of the most popular norteño groups, Los Huracanes del Norte have consisted of a group of relatives from the extended Garcia family -- Heraclio (or "Rocky"), Jesus (or "Chuy"), Francisco (or "Pancho"), Guadalupe (or "Lupillo"), Antonio (or "El Güero"), Heraclio Jr. (or "Rocky Jr."), and Jose Luis Mejia (or "El Chapete") -- plus other members such as Wico Lopez and producer/songwriter Martín Ruvalcaba.
