Juvenile Explains New Big Tymers Album
Yahoo! Music, Mar 31, 2000 6:00 pm PST(3/31/00, 6 p.m. ET) - Juvenile has the inside track on the forthcoming album from the Big Tymers, I Got That Work. The New Orleans rapper records for Cash Money Records, which is co-owned by Big Tymers member Baby.
Mannie Fresh, the other half of the Big Tymers, produces all of the artists on Cash Money Records, including Juvenile, Lil' Wayne, B.G., and Hot Boys.
Juvenile told LAUNCH about the forthcoming Big Tymers album. "They're stunning on the whole album," he said. "They're talking about cars, broads. All of us put our two cents on it. It's like going and buying 400 Degreez. It's going to be the same. It's entertainment, man, that's all."
I Got That Work is scheduled for a May 16 release. Juvenile's 1998 album, 400 Degreez, has sold 3.9 million copies, while his 1999 album, Tha G-Code, has sold 1 million copies.
