Lil' Kim Takes Shots At 50 Cent, Foxy Brown & Junior M.A.F.I.A. On New Album

Yahoo! Music, Aug 1, 2005 4:00 pm PDT
Lil' Kim will release her new album, The Naked Truth, on September 13 -- just six days before the rapper is scheduled to turn herself in to begin serving a one-year sentence for lying to a grand jury investigating a 2001 shooting outside of New York City radio station WQHT-FM. MTV.com reports that Lil' Kim is using the new album as a means of addressing all of her beefs, including letting her former Junior M.A.F.I.A. groupmates know how she feels about them testifying against her during her perjury trial. The rapper addresses Junior M.A.F.I.A. on the tracks "My Nig-as" and "So Quiet," where she says her former crew was "droppin' dimes like Sprint" and "confessing like Usher."

Elsewhere on the new album, Lil' Kim takes shots at 50 Cent, Star Jones, and her long-time nemesis Foxy Brown.

The Naked Truth will feature the production of 7 Aurelius, Scott Storch, Fred Wreck, Spyder, Hot Runner, and Kanye West.
