James Brown, Mary Wilson, Morris Day & More Playing Black History Month Gigs In N.Y.C.

(1/30/03, 10 a.m. ET) -- James Brown, Morris Day & the Time, and Mary Wilson are among the many legends of soul and R&B scheduled to perform at B.B. King's Blues Club in New York City in honor of Black History Month (February). Other acts slated to perform at the Times Square venue include Jeffrey Gaines, Peabo Bryson, J.T. Taylor (voice of Kool & the Gang), the Spinners, and the Temptations Review featuring Dennis Edwards. Tickets to all performances are available through Ticketmaster.
