Nas and Kelis file for divorce

Kelis filed for divorce on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple are currently expecting their first baby together.
A spokesperson for Kelis informed Vibe: "I can confirm that she has filed for divorce. We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time."
The couple met in 2002 at a party hosted by P. Diddy and married just over two years later. Kelis is currently seven months pregnant. She is asking for spousal and child support, according to TMZ.
