(6/29/01, 1 p.m. ET) -- Da Beatminerz--a collective of producers that includes Evil Dee (formerly of Black Moon), Mr. Walt, Baby Paul, Chocolate Ty, and Rich Black--are set to release their debut album, Brace 4 Impak, on July 31. The album features appearances by Black Moon and the Cocoa Brovaz (formerly Smif-N-Wessun), who helped to bring the signature Beatminerz sound to prominence in the early and mid-'90s.

Fly and What What; "Thug Love" featuring Naughty By Nature; "Let's Talk About It" featuring Krumbsnatcha, David Banks, and Nay Nay; and "Ghetto 2 Ghetto" featuring Tefelar Cordell.
