Nelly To Release Remix Set
Yahoo! Music, Oct 7, 2003 7:00 am PDT(10/7/03, 7 a.m. ET) -- Rap star Nelly will release a new remix album, Da Derrty Versions, on November 25. The set will include remixes of the rapper's hits and at least one new song, "Iz U," which is the first official single from the set. Nelly will be shooting a video for "Iz U" in the coming weeks.
In related news, Nelly and the St. Lunatics are celebrating the release of Murphy Lee's debut set, Murphy's Law, which landed at Number Eight on the Billboard 200 albums chart this week. The set sold more than 134,000 copies in its first week in stores according to Nielsen Soundscan.
Nelly and Murphy Lee's collaboration with P. Diddy, "Shake Ya Tailfeather," enjoyed a four week run at the Number One position on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song is presently Number Two.
