Razorlight are not splitting up, drummer Andy Burrows has insisted.

Press reports have claimed frontman Johnny Borrell is about to quit the group, amid claims of in-band fighting and a series of recent solo concerts.

However, Burrows claims the band are already working on a new album, the follow-up to last year's self-titled international best-seller.

"We're not splitting. We're planning a new album. Johnny might do some solo work but that's not a problem," he told a U.K. newspaper.

Earlier this month, Borrell shared the stage with Lily Allen in a London pub, before reuniting with Razorlight for a one-song turn at "Fashion Rocks" last week.
