The set includes "Make It Clap (Remix)" by Busta Rhymes featuring Spliff Star and Sean Paul, and "No Letting Go (Remix)" by Wayne Wonder featuring LL Cool J and Dutchess.
Reggae Gold 2003 also includes appearances by Elephant Man, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Shaggy, Will Smith, Tanya Stephens, Morgan Heritage, Buju Banton, Beres Hammond, T.O.K., Tanto Metro & Devonte, Sahsa, and Sizzla.
