Seether Rocks Out For Third Single

Yahoo! Music, Jul 28, 2003 5:00 pm PDT
(7/28/03, 5 p.m. ET) -- Seether is getting ready to show the world they can rock with "Gasoline," the third single from their debut album, Disclaimer. Seether had success with the first single, "Fine Again," and followed that with "Driven Under"--though singer Shawn Morgan told LAUNCH he thinks "Gasoline" better represents the real sound of the band.

"We just wanted to get a rock song out for a change because I think the first two songs have been a little bit deceptive as far as our live show and the rest of the album. That was the general consensus as far as our label and band and everyone. It's like, 'Let's go with 'Gasoline,' so we were really, really excited to get it out."

The video for "Gasoline" is currently available online at the band's official website, seether.com.

Seether is currently on tour with 3 Doors Down and Our Lady Peace through September 20.

Seether just announced they'll be joining the String Cheese Incident, Saliva, Trapt, Crossfade, Blue Epic, Mysterious God, Falling Out, the Land, Where's Gary, the Persians, the Puerto Rican Rum Drunks, and Day Break Down for this year's Big Spring Jam, September 26, 27 and 28 at Big Spring Park in Huntsville, Alabama.
