Shakira Talks Fashion, Maps Out Second Tour Leg

(1/15/03, 7 a.m. ET) -- Shakira is one of the unlucky few celebrities that recently made Mr. Blackwell's annual list of worst-dressed celebrities. The Colombian singer came in at Number Three on the infamous list, raking just below (or above) Anna Nicole Smith and Kelly Osbourne.

Blackwell described Shakira as "overwrought and underdressed." He added that "somebody should tell her those are probably Madonna's old clothes."

Still, Shakira told us that fashion is not really her top priority anyway. "I don't think in terms of fashion, really," Shakira said. "It's actually the last thing I think about when it comes to making a video or a photo session or that stuff. I'm usually more concerned with makeup."

Shakira will kick off the second leg of her Tour Of The Mongoose at the United Center in Chicago on January 18. Tickets for all of the shows are available online via ticketmaster.com.

Shakira's first English-language album, Laundry Service, has sold more than 10.5 million copies worldwide to date.
