Fuller, who managed the girl group as they became among the biggest pop acts in the world a decade ago, is also reported to be behind the long-rumored comeback.
Amongst the guidelines set by Fuller is one that none of them get pregnant and potentially jeopardize a potentially very lucrative world tour in the pipeline.
Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Mel C, Mel B, and Victoria Beckham have been given the instructions as they get ready to be asked about the reunion.
"Do not talk about money," "talk about memories of the Spice Girls with affection," and "do not get into spats between yourselves over plans and decisions--is it worth it?" are all in the memo, reports London's The Sun newspaper.
Fuller also requests the girls "respect each other's personal lives and commitments and respect each others views" and asks they "Do not become pregnant--please!"
Earlier this month, Mel C finally confirmed there is "some truth" in rumors connecting the Spice Girls with a comeback.
