'N Sync, Backstreet Boys Producer Explains Artists' Appeal

They really, really can sing and they really believe in it and they want to get accepted by all genres--white, R&B--because they know it comes from the soul. So it's not so much black and white, it's soul. So when they sing it, they really mean it. When Britney's up there dancing, she really means it. I don't care how talented you are, if you're this good or that good--as long as you're pushing yourself to the most that you've got, I'm going to work with you."
In addition to producing, members of Full Force were featured in the House Party film trilogy, which starred rappers Kid 'N Play. Full Force is expected to start recording an album later this year.
