Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil broke his leg performing at a concert Friday night. The band was about five songs into the concert at downtown Atlanta's Philips Arena when Neil leaned over to sing along with the audience and slipped off stage, said Atlanta Police Department spokeswoman Sylvia Abernathy.

He was treated at Piedmont Hospital and released Saturday, hospital spokeswoman Diana Lewis said.

Police also responded to an unrelated incident involving a man who injured himself after jumping from the fourth floor of the arena into the audience. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital.
